The ensemble consists of four core full-time artistic staff.

EVALUATION

Throughout all our activities we compile documentation of our process and findings.

We produce and revise documentation on training, and how the ongoing Research and Development feeds into the compositional process of our work for stage.

Monthly company meetings allow us the opportunity to micro-manage the division of administrative duties, which are currently shared by the Artistic staff.

nervousystem’s current working practices have drawn the attention of many institutions and theatre professionals in Ireland and Abroad.

Links have been forged with Irish companies including The Abbey Theatre - Facing Forward, Loose Canon Theatre Company - Exchange of Work, Daghdha Dance Company - Exchange of Work and participation in their “Framemakers” Project and Storytellers Theatre Company – Proposal by Artistic Director Liam Halligan for future collaboration.

International

The Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski and Thomas Richards (Italy)-Participation in their Tracing Roads Across project, Przemek Wasilkowski (Poland) - Exchange of Work & Future Collaboration, Theatr Breton Caffe (Poland) - Exchange of Work and The Icarus Project (Malta) - Exchange of work and participation in SUPA 2006. Teatro Proskenion (Italy) Collaboration on Project: Myth and the Flesh and participation by special invitation in Linea Trasversale (Coordinated by Claudio La Camera and Maria Ficara) and The University of Eurasian Theatre (Dir: Eugenio Barba) Gey Pin Ang- Actor/Director (Singapore) with whom Marián Araújo (nervousustem) is engaged in ongoing consultation and practical artistic exchange.
